Dr. Lowenstein is a physician of the Hôpitaux de Paris, in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Georges Pompidou European Hospital in Paris. He is also the Director of Addiction Medicine for the Monte Cristo Center where he specializes in internal and pulmonary medicine. William Lowenstein, MD, completed his internship at the Hôpitaux de Paris; he obtained his medical degree in paracytology from the Faculté des Sciences de Montpellier.
