In correspondence from the office of the Minister of Health and Community Services of Newfoundland we're informed that the Opioid Treatment Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland, now has "between 90-100 [methadone maintenance] clients accessing the service and there is no waitlist at present." A tribute to the government of Newfoundland and its commitment to making treatment availability a reality for all those who want and need it.
